I came to India (Bombay) May 31, 2007 by Gulf Air Abhu Dhabi, as it had surplus The company has been Luggage charging me an enormous sum for this, so I handed over a suitcase full of clothes and other items to the taxi driver is from Pakistan. I also paid 300 DHM and gave him my address and said, posting the rest themselves and maintain their service charges. I have also said that left work and returned to India for good, I know what a taxi driver for several months, I have too much of his cell and his No. No taxi after arriving in Bombay (India), I called his cell phone and SSN, said it would send the bag to the package section of the Post Office tomorrow. Later, I called a couple of times and asked, however, since the bag I din't get called some of my colouges to contact him, but he began by saying that I do not know. Even now I am going to Dubai. Please help me how to retain him and close to the details of the authority.
Well, it has a number of taxi, you can find. You can report to the police, but if not have witnesses, will be his word against yours. You could also say that you submitted your suitcase was lost the receipt and the bag was lost in the mail. I'm not even sure whether he has committed a crime in the eyes of authoroties.
